Initial cost ranges and web estimates are indicative benchmarks. Final project costs are governed by an itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ) following precision laser site measurement and mutual sign-off on 2D/3D design specifications.
Turnkey execution is conducted on scheduled milestone stages (Design Approval, Civil/Demolition, Carpentry Carcass, Polish/Finishes, and Handover). Material procurement is scheduled upon clearance of corresponding milestones.
NDTB works in partnership with MakaanMaster (makaanmaster.com) to provide direct wholesale pricing for construction and interior materials. Material warranties (such as marine ply, hardware, or appliances) are supported directly by the respective manufacturers.
All contracts, site engagements, and agreements are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
