Initial telephone consultations, preliminary layout reviews, and first site inspections across Patna are complimentary with no booking fees or cancellation charges.
If a project is cancelled during the 2D CAD and 3D visualization phase prior to structural execution or material ordering, design advance fees are adjusted against actual architect work-hours completed, with remaining balances refunded within 14 business days.
Once factory cutting of customized modular shutters, stone cutting, or material delivery from MakaanMaster has commenced, costs allocated to bespoke fabrication and procured raw materials cannot be refunded. Unused balance from future milestones will be audited and reconciled.
Any snags identified during our 150-point audit or within the 1-year complimentary service warranty period are rectified at zero labor cost to the client.
